Description: Join our team as we explore some favorite and hidden treasures found right here in East Texas! This course includes day trips to attractions in Tyler
such as the Earth and Space Science Center at Tyler Junior College, the
Aviation Museum at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport, the Tyler Rose Museum
& Garden, and the Caldwell Zoo. We will also spend a day in Kilgore at the
East Texas Oil Museum and the Shakespeare Gardens. In Lindale we will
visit the Old Mill Pond Museum & Parrott Park and stop by the Lindale
Candy Company for some sweet samplings. Then it’s “All aboard!” the Texas
State Railroad for a beautiful round-trip journey from Palestine to Rusk
including a layover at the Rusk Train Depot. Whether you are new to East
Texas or have lived here your entire life, there are many adventures ahead
